just got a rpi 4 that was listed as faulty does not boot on ebay, i reflashed bootloader and got the solid green screen meaning it finished and it started booting again but my usb doesnt work, i plug in my mouse and i get a faint light from the mouses underside where the sensor is and using a keyboard with lights its dim ish but still on but nothing works all usbs are unresponsive and when i use a usb tester it says 5v out 0 amps out any help? ive tried 3 oses now
