I guess I was just looking for something a little more plug and play. And when I read all the previous posts, there is not a clearly superior answer, especially since as you say 5V 5A seems to be an unconventional standard.
So are you saying Ame's assumption is correct, and I should pursue the route of some sort of power equipment battery (which I guess Makita only makes one and only one with those specifications) which may cut it, or that I should try to source a Lithium Ion/Lithium Polymer chemistries that claims around 40-45Ah?
Or maybe a car battery?
Or am I missing some point completely?
