The fix for rpicam-apps has now been merged. I don't know when it will be released.
However the ctt.py tool will require further changes to run LSC on monochrome DNGs. (The current version throws errors complaining that black level is a scalar, not an array; and that CFA order is missing. There's also some code rot in ctt_alsc.py that breaks the mono case...)
