Looks Like a clone of the Ozzmaker Pi Screen.
flash latest Trixie OS to your uSD, add below to your config.txt and report back

Code:

dtoverlay=piscreen,speed=18000000,drm
I had the idea that ozzmaker were the same as waveshare, and both would work only with framebuffer video drivers, not DRM, and not with Wayland.
Ozzmaker are based in New South Wales, Australia https://ozzmaker.com/about/
Waveshare are based in Shenzhen, China https://www.waveshare.com/about_us
Different companies.

Ozzmaker, Waveshare, and a number of other companies have bought LCD panels from somewhere that use the Ilitek ILI9488 controller chip with very similar physical characteristics, and all seem to work with the same drivers. Ozzmaker brought out their display first, which is why the overlay references them.

There is both an fbdev and DRM driver available for these panels.

Wayland (labwc) will work quite happily with DRM devices, but generally not with fbdev ones.
It is possible to get X to stretch across multiple display devices, but it's a pain to configure.
