This link looks to have a Windows version for download?
It's a desktop application. Can't tell you which sub menu it's under though as I'm primarily a command line guy.
Reading post above your last..
Is there a difference between using the Windows version?
AFAIK there is no windows version of RPL/RPiOS SD card copierTo be clear, I used Win32 Disk Imager, and everything seems to be working fine (outside of the learned, wasted space on 32GB SD card, using the original 16GB 'image file' [but I doubt/hope it would effect my project anyways, as the only thing my project does, is -maybe- update a local MySQL database/tables]... which doubt would get to 16GB capacity)
But am curious about the (Windows) Pi Imager 2.0.3 for cloning
Going this route.. it allows the FULL space/access to whatever the SD card being used has?
* Do I used my -original- SD card.. (that had the OS installed...and all the edits, CLI stuff I had to do?) or can I use one of recently 'cloned' SD cards?
That's not a method I've used. There's no technical reason you couldn't use either so it depends on which has the data you want.

They are -all- currently the same 'data'.
* 1 is the original card (16GB SD card).. that the OS was installed on, and I did all SSH/CLI commands I needed to get my project running
* 2 others, (32GB SD cards) we just made using the Win32 Imager process/approach (which I understand it 'stuck' as the 16 GB limit from the original .img used)
