No, by pin-to-pin I mean use the resistance setting to check connectivity, while power is off. Like thus:
(1) Make sure power is off.
(2) Set multimeter to a resistance setting.
(3) One probe at Pico side, touching the soldered pin.
(4) Other probe at OLED side, touching the soldered pin.
(5) Resistance has to read a low value, thereby proving the wire is well connected.
(6) Repeat for the other three.
(7) The objective is to give us high confidence that the two boards are properly connected.
