You should log kernel messages via serial console to other computer as your journal will always miss the last part before reset of course.
I am using serial debug, and the reboot is clean. It's as though someone pressed "reset" button.
Or else think what your objective is, why do you buy such an SBC. The set of cables/adaptors might be more expensive than the SBC itself and also troubles as you see.
Yeah. I decided to keep them. Zero 2W boots with or without OTG cable. I just can't change it, while it's running. Now, I can plug/unplug devices to USB-A side of OTG cable while it's running, that's fine too. Strange.
