Based on your description, it sounds like you may possibly be using the old version of the UEFI on a D0 Pi. Wor-project dropped the project, but there is a fork for D0 that should work just fine. You can install the UEFI files onto the EFI partition of your ESXi drive.Yea its worproject chap.
People turn their back on it as soon as they see it, but I'm really stuck with this at the minute and needed the help to get it sorted.
As I said to Neil, I'm happy to scrap it. It was working fine on my Pi, but I've eeprom flashed it now and wiped out everything, tried again and its STILL not booting it correctly, so f**ks knows what I've done to it......
As for now I'm still pushing forwards with "worproject UEFI" as I need a UEFI layer on the Pi to be able to boot that "bootaa64.efi" file that boots my ESXi Installation. It just won't boot either way at the moment, so my heads spinning.
If you know of a way I can get my Pi to boot "bootaa64.efi" that on the ESXi Installation ISO that comes from ESXi Flings ARM division of their website, I can scrap the UEFI layer all together, but at the moment, I kinda NEED worprojects UEFI layer to get it to work.
Its the only way its gonna happen I think :-/
Thanks for your input
