It looks like a saturation effect -- the green channel is overexposed and has saturated, while the red and blue channels have not.
The mystery is why AWB gains didn't cause R and B also to saturate at around the same level (in the digital domain, within ISP-BE).
Is it possible that your sensor or driver is not producing full-scale output; either due to a wrong format or an unusual black level?
Meanwhile, you might be able to ameliorate things by changing AGC/AEC constraints to make the sensor less prone to saturation. Try also experimenting with manual AWB gains; you might need to tweak the "ct_curve".
