I installed a 16GB RPi 5 on Pironman 5-Mini case with a 500 GB NVME SSD. The problem I have is using the mouse. With a 4k monitor it was unusable. I downgraded to a 1k monitor and it was much better, still had some latency.. I downgraded again to a lower resolution and smaller monitor and it works well. I don’t don’t the HW resolution of the smaller monitor, but the Trixie OS in the Control Center show a resolution of 1440x900. I would prefer to use my 1k monitor. A post in another thread had a suggestion to change a setting in cmdline.txt. In this OS, that file has moved from the /boot folder to the /boot/firmware folder is is a read only file. I was hesitant to make it a writable file and make the change. The mouse is a Logitech wireless USB device. BTW, it works well when accessing the RPi using VNC on a windows 11 computer.
