Some USB power supplies support higher voltage modes, either through Qualcomm's quick charge protcol or through USB C's power delivery protocol. These modes should not be activated unless the device requests them, so it should be fine to use such a power supply with your Pi.
Your power supply appears to be such a unit. Doing some googling found a product listing that lists it as a quick charge 3 charger ( https://www.walmart.ca/en/ip/Inseego-Qu ... XAZZXLCM0T ) and the logo in the top right corner is a Qualcomm quick charge logo.
I have no idea how reputable "inseego" are though.
