Troubleshooting • Undervoltage at 5.0V pin 2

Hi.
Have a RPI 3 B+
Have a adjustable power-supply because my rpi4-supply with adapter give under-voltage warnings.
So i rise the power-supply voltage to 5.3V in to the micr- usb connector gives about 5.0V at pin 2. But I get under voltage-warnings. Why?
