I am new to raspberry, a few months ago I purchased a pi5 with a 64gb sd card. I installed the os on the card then decided to purchase a pimoroni enviro board to monitor my indoor environment. I got no response from the board what so ever. The display was completely dead and after doing some reading I found there is two lights on the board, a white and a red. The white to show the board is alive. Nothing at all. On top of the board there is some points I can check to see if there is 3.3 and 5 volts and grounds. They all are there. I contacted the manufacturer, they determined the enviro board is defective. They sent me a new one. The new one does the exact same thing, nothing. To let you know I made sure i2c and spi are enabled along with libraries recommended for the pi5. I am at my wits end trying to figure out what's wrong. I need some help please.
