Question 1: What changed on the Android device between it working and not?
Question 2: Is your Android device connected to WiFi or is it using mobile data? AIUI Team Viewer will work over the public internet but your website won't unless explicitly configured to do so and you access it using the public IP address of your router or the public, fuklly qualified hostname of the router.
