libpisp is ONLY applicable for Pi5 / CM5. It is totally irrelevant for CM4.
video12 is a simple 1-in, 1-out interface to the ISP to allow format conversion and resize using the standard V4L2 M2M framework. GStreamer's v4l2convert will happily use this instance, and you can open it multiple times for simultaneous conversions (they get multiplexed at the hardware level).
video13-16 are a 1-in, 3-out interface to the ISP, giving you a main output (RGB or YUV), lower resolution output (YUV only), and image statistics if the input is Bayer. You can only have one user of these nodes at a time as there is an inherent assumption that the one application is controlling all of them.
