To program new Pico 2 with dump.bin you can 'picotool load dump.bin'

I was thinking that might require an address specifying where to load to but the default is 0x10000000' so that should work.

My quick test, with a 'dump.bin' which was just "Hello World" text rather than an actual binary, threw up an uncaught exception error someone might like to raise as an issue.Same with an empty, zero length, 'dump.bin'.
