Thanks, but I think I managed a bit ?

Got:
CPU to 2350
GPU to 900
If you keep incrementing the speed by a small amount, it usually wont crash on boot. Instead it will probably freeze at some time later. That means its easy to fix config.txt and try again. I keep going until its unstable and then back off a bit for a safety margin.

If the overclock makes the Pi too hot it will throttle back to 600MHz which makes the overclock pointless! So you must check periodically during and after stress testing - it should always say 0x0.

Code:

vcgencmd get_throttled
Run a stress test for an hour or more. Then run it again for another hour doing normal work at the same time. Then just use the Pi. If it never crashes after a month say, you can regard it as safe and stable.

stress-ng is the best stress test I know. Run this for at least an hour and monitor the clock speed and temp.

Code:

stress-ng --cpu 0 --cpu-method fft
You will have to install it first:

Code:

sudo apt install stress-ng
