The issue is that they are the first revision that has problems with the power draw from USB devices (see https://www.raspberrypi.com/news/poe-hat-revision/).
As you can notice. This is a really OLD problem. and I doubt my national RPI retailer would take these back and change them for new rev HATs.
That's why I am reaching out here. I was wondering if there is any chance to provide the circuit and board schematics (.brd and .sch files) of the mezzanine board that fixes this issue. That way me or other people that stumble into this issue can order their own PCB and parts so they can do this mod themselves.
