I'm using Raspberry Pi OS Lite (32-bit). At boot, I want to play a full-screen video (e.g. splash.mp4) without showing any terminal output, boot logs, or blinking cursor. I don't want to use Plymouth because it's not stable on my setup.
My question is:
How can I play a full-screen video directly on the framebuffer (without X server) right after Raspberry Pi boots?
Which video player and systemd configuration should I use?
Thanks in advance.
