So, assume for a second that the 4-pin socket has distanced itself from the board, and the solder pins are in a bit of an awkward position, what cooling options are there?
When I search for cooling, and I put "PI5" in there, the only options I get are 4-pin fan-scoketed options with the right heatsink footprint.
I'm happy to use the GPIO pins, but I can't find a heatsink with a fan that has the footprint to cover all the padded bits the pi5 needs. I have found the ultrathin ICE cooler for the PI4 for example, which looks pretty good, but it doesn't cover all the hot bits.
I can find passive heatsink options and I'd have to add a fan... Meh
Any help, much appreciated.
