I'm encountering the same problem. When I run libcamera-hello, the image appears perfectly fine. However, whenever I try to capture an image or display a preview through code, the result is extremely pixelated and appears overly zoomed in. I've included screenshots for reference.
Unfortunately, changing the sensor output size as suggested by therealdavidp didn’t help. I’ve experimented with nearly every possible combination of settings — from adjusting the main preview config, raw preview config, to the sensor config — but no matter what I try, the output remains pixelated.
