Your contract is between you and the vendor. If you are not happy with their service you should complain to them, or their business group, or the government department in charge of business.
It could be shady business practice, or could be a genuine mistake. If you have had no response maybe they ceased trading. Either way you should be calling or emailing them every day with a clear statement of what result you want.
