General discussion • About Warranty Process Inquiry?

Hello.
We ordered a large quantity of Raspberry Pi boards from an Authorized Reseller in Hong Kong (China). Unfortunately, some of the boards were damaged.
The Reseller asked us to take videos, photos and describe the faulty condition of the boards. Then we had to send them to Hong Kong for inspection.
Then they said that all the boards needed to be sent back to the Raspberry Pi factory for further inspection.
From December 2024 until now, almost half a year has passed, and we still have not received any response regarding the product warranty.
I would like to ask about the actual warranty process of Raspberry Pi? Is it worthy of a big manufacturer to take so long for such a warranty?
Or is this harassment from the Authorized Reseller, they are deliberately making things difficult and do not want to warranty the product?
