I'm suspecting the display signals are interfering with the wireless networking, could be from the leads or the display itself.
Or if you have any USB3 devices connected that is a favourite for messing with wireless signals.
Assuming the 4B isn't in a metal case which can also cause problems.
The other thing to check is that the Pi isn't getting overload or there is a memory shortage. htop gives a graphical summary of both those things.
