I am very sorry if I sound rude, but is this an attempt to make CM4 IO board "the undocumented way"? Why not following the documentation - at least what comes to mandatory connections (or using a reference design as a starting point)?
Besides critical issues (mentioned earlier), there are a few details that get my attention. For example, there is 600mA label on the leds and do you really have 33R series resistor?
