General discussion • Ssd used on pi4 for pi5

Hi everyone,
I have one pi4 for my home automation with node-red, zigbee2mqtt, etc etc (so original raspberry)
I would like to buy one pi5 to replace pi4 but I don't want to reinstall all the the various software ...

Can I use that disk simply plugging it in the new pi5?
