AFAIK there are no bad interactions between BSC0 (serves i2c-0 and i2c-10) and BSC1 (i2c-1).
Having the touch display attached will mean that it is polling the touch controller on i2c-10. You can disable that by setting "display_auto_detect=0" and adding "dtoverlay=vc4-kms-dsi-7inch,disable_touch" in config.txt.
