Nice charts. I would check GND connections, especially if oscilloscope GND is connected to pico GND directly or if there are any wires, connectors between osci GND and pico GND AND supply current flowing through this wire too. At estimated 50mA and 100mV offset the resistance would be 2 Ohm, quite high.
