Actually, yes, A/V calls do work in Dino on a Raspberry Pi 5, in Raspberry Pi OS, granted that one installs a nightly build (not using a flatpak).
I used the nightly build install instructions for Debian 12 as seen here:

Note: Dino didn't auto-select my webcam properly. During a video call, no video image was being sent, but I could see the video being sent from the other side. In the lower center of the video call is a camera icon. In the lower right of that icon, faintly (too faintly, as I nearly missed it), there's a subtle arrow, which reveals a pop-out menu when clicked. Different camera devices are listed. I had to select "Logitech Webcam C930e", not "UvcH264 Logitech Webcam C930e". Then my webcam worked!
