So the issue was: Privacy & Settings > Local Network > Google Chrome, and it was disabled. Since I had around 9 instances of that, I tried to turn it on (since it helped with Postman). However, it didn't work for Chrome, so out of desperation, I formatted my Mac. Now it's working, and Privacy & Settings > Local Network > Google Chrome is enabled.
