On a Pi Zero 2W its labelled TV.

I guess your using Pi OS Bookworm, hence the config.txt file being in a different location. If tutorials do not mention Bookworm they are likely out of date.

Yup! See it now. Yes, bookworm indeed.
I'm considering to go back and use stretch. System itself should allow me to make rest of the project functional anyway. It just to bypass this screen stage and get into serious coding.

Once I'll have screen randy dandy, I'll post rest of the steps I hope to achieve.
