OK. You say you have two Android smart phones at least one of which has an ssh client.

Try the following:

1. Beg, borrow, or steal a USB A to whatever charge and sync cable
2. Boot the Pi.
3. Connect Pi and smartphone with the above cable.
4. In your smartphone's menu change the USB connection type to "USB tethering".
5. Login using the ssh client on that phone

Tested here using a Pi 5, RPiOS Bookworm, a Google Pixel6 Pro, and ConnectBot. If hostname.local doesn't work for the Pi you may need to run a network scanner on the phone to find its IP address.
