Hello all,

I announced in a previous post my tries to install and use a compliant GNUstep Desktop on a Raspberry.
GNUstep is about to celebrate its 35th anniversary. If you want to know more about this framework, look at https://www.gnustep.org/.

It was firstly NEXTSPACE. I will continue to post news about the progress of this great project.

I also announced a new Desktop Project named pi-step-initiative, finally moved to a more agnostic project, AGNoStep-Desktop (for Pi's too, but not only).

After eight month, I am glad to announce the avaibility of AGNoStep-Desktop 1.0.0 Release Candidate. I think it could be a good Desktop alternative for Pi users and a good start to learn and use Objective C too.
It has been successfully installed and tested on Raspberry Pi 3b, 400 and 500 models. I use it myself as my daily Desktop on my pi 500.

To install new apps, namely the Devel apps or some games, AGNoStep provides AgnostepManager:

I hope You will test and enjoy it.
