Good that it is confirmed; I looked into source code of that 'SD-card copier' or pi-clone or whatever it is called and very obvious that this thing is not a blocklevel copy but something only there to copy a Raspbian installation. It was many years ago, maybe even before a RPi4 could handle type 0xEF00 (GPT) or 0xEF (MBR) as boot partition.
You will also not get a properly working copy when a live copy is done and certain server like things like Docker are active.
