What are you using the cable for? The official PSU has a captive cable. If yours doesn't it can't be the official PSU.
The OP answered that...

"@gordon77 the usb a cable is was plugged into my laptop but then after I tried with a wall socket."

That's more than a bit vague though. And is there such a thing as a USB C wall socket? I've seen plenty of USB A ones.

Is it a USB C male to male cable? If so it's of no use with the official 27W PSU.

Is it an A male to C male cable? Same applies.

Is it a C male to C female (i.e. an extension) cable? If so those are outside the USB spec and I'd try without it.

Is it e-marked? If so is it rated for 5A/25W?

Is it full function/fully wired?

Is it some other sort of adapter? Again, if so take it out of the equation.
I bought it from the pi hut and it has the rpi logo on it
