Thanks for the hint. I tried them all. Now I found a solution:

rpicam-hello worked fine before, but I didn't manage to Stream the cam.

My solution: I downloaded and installed mediamtx.

The Most difficult part for me was to configure the Cam there.
Three lines of Code solved in in the configuration in mediamtx.yml:

paths:
my_camera:
source: rpiCamera

The rest was Routine:
Install mediamtx as Service and everything is fine now.
