That 4.49V reading on the 3.3V pin is definitely a major red flag. If that rail is significantly over-voltage, it usually points to a failed PMIC (Power Management IC). Since you’ve already tried the EEPROM recovery with no luck, it’s likely a hardware failure. Have you noticed any specific components getting unusually hot when it's plugged in?
