Troubleshooting • Raspberry pi 4B not booting

Hello Raspberry PI forum. I have a raspberry pi 4B that I bought at RadioShack 1942 Woodland Park Dr, Layton, UT 84041 around mid 2022. For the most part, it had booted without issue. However, today I brought it off my shelf and tried to flash the most recent version of Raspberry PI OS to it. After removing the sd card(512gb sp micro sd card) from my reader and plugging it into my pi, it did not boot up. I tested both hdmo0 and 1, nothing on screen. The green light didn't flicker at all either. I changed my power supply from a generic 27 watt one to a canakit 45 watt one, but no dice. I switched to a 32gb samsung sd card, and a 64 gb samsung sd card, same result. After some googling, somebody online said that it could be an EEPROM issue, so I loaded raspberry pi imager and installed an eeprom update onto the micro sd card and put it back into the PI. Same result, no boo, solid green light. My friend told me to check to see if pin 1 is getting 3.3 volts of power. I checked, and it was getting 4.49 volts. I feel like there has to be a short somewhere, but inspecting the bottom of the board shows nothing shorted, and the top yields the same result. Is the pi salvageable?
