Networking and servers • Advice for creating server/repository for hardware details

Hello,

I am an avid smart home user that has recently led me to upgrade my instance of Home Assistant on a RPI 4 to a HA Green device. A lot of do's and don'ts from that learned experience but one thing was consistent when migrating those devices, the need for hardware information (Name, MAC address) instructions for factory restoring, Setup barcodes, etc. ,

*Enter now unused RPI and this theoretical but practical concept I'm seeking guidance for.
I would like to host a local server in my home that serves as local repository for 100's of devices and therefore 100's of unique URLs.

Use case:
A unique URL is created once device information is manually uploaded in some form to the server. That URL would then be added to an NFC Tag or QR code that is scanned when physically present or interacting with device. An entry would like something like:

Manufacturer:Test Manu.
Model: Model ABC
Serial Number: 123ABC
MAC Address XX:XX:XX;XX;XX
Setup Barcode (JPG, PDF format)
Owners Manual (PDF) or URL pointing towards
Notes: Factory reset before attempting to do XYZ.
