You want to make money without making any investments?I also don't believe they have any idea of the costs involved. A new SiP package needs designing and new tooling which ain't going to be cheap. Then there's the trade offs: not everyone wants or needs PSRAM and adding it only adds costs and reduces the number of available GPIO.
I understand your frustration. You believe that ordinary customers have no right to suggest or ask for product improvements — that they should only buy what they're given. It's much easier to label a suggestion for product enhancement as nonsense or a pipe dream than to actually make a product truly competitive and interesting on the market.
