@Leo Smith, that's a very, very useful circuit, I'm keeping a copy in my TPL5510 datasheet folder with a link back to here. :D Given the number of forum threads on TPL5110 board issues on the Internet, a working Pico 2 W + TPL5110 board schematic is a godsend.

470uF to decouple the power chain. I think Adafruit's TPL5110 board was basically auto-routed, the TPL5110 decoupling cap was nowhere near the chip while the chip itself was exposed in the path of the main load (controlled by the FET). Yeeeeouch. They got away with it when paired with AVR Arduinos using electrolytic caps, but the board throws up issues with newer low-impedance power chains. Anyone who wants to use a TPL5110 board should be aware of the potential banana skin.

That aside, a TPL5110 board is a good solution for when really low sleep current is desired.

But OP's board power draw of 100 mA sounds a little high. fanoush posted some numbers here for Pico W BLE:
