@NoobyPi5, I understand that you are frustrated with how things are going, but if you noticed, we are trying to get precise information in order to give you the correct answers. The best thing that you can do is to take a deep breath, then focus on getting clear and precise information to those who can help you. It's true that some folks can Google and tinker and get stuff done -- but usually they have years of computer experience and so are well-versed with the tool they are using.
Ideally it would be useful to see:
(a) good pictures of both Pico boards (good ==> in case we need to identify similar-looking clones etc)
(b) if you bought them from a known reseller, they are likely to be authentic RPi boards, but let's not guess anything at this point
(c) copy and paste to a posting (use <code> tags) the MicroPython code used to light the LED
(d) also show the code that is supposed to blink but doesn't
(e) say if you are using Thonny, describe briefly your steps to run (c), the filename on the board, what key/button/option used to run the script, website used as your tutorial, etc
Everyone here wants to help, and it's best done with an uncluttered picture (== clean data) of what's going on.
