Compute Module • Re: CM4/5 carrier with dual M2 E key or Mini-PCIE

I've not seen any CM4/5 IO board with onboard PCIe Switch for dual M.2 Slots.

as the E-Key requires a USB Interface in addition you will have to design such baseboard yourself.
