I recently extracted an M2 NVMe from a lenovo thinkpad laptop. I have use fdisk to remove all data and create new gpt table. i then cloned my sd card data to nvme. i changed boot settings to boot from nvme. i also changed nvme delay settings and it just does not boot. I am not sure what to do. my pi recognizes the m2 nvme, and i am using a pironman5 max.
And how, exactly, did you "clone[...] my sd card data to nvme."?
Did you do that on the Pi or on some other Linux box?
Not all M.2 drivea are NVMe. Not all NVMe M.2 drives can run on 1A or less. Not all NVMe M.2 drives work with Pi.
And details are important. Tell us exactly what "[you] changed boot settings to boot from nvme" and which "nvme delay settings" to what values.
None of us have access to your Pi, none of us are mind readers, and none of us have functioning crystal balls (or access to the CIA's remote viewing programme).
