I'm designing a consumer product and I want to use a single on/off switch to turn the product off. However, I imagine just cutting power to the CM5 isn't ideal for repeated long term use. Is there a way/solution to detecting a brown out (power loss) and initiating shut down using some sort of battery/UPS backup perhaps?
If there's a way to do it without a battery/UPS backup, even better.
Closest thing I found so far is this: https://www.seeedstudio.com/SuperCAP-UP ... -5934.html
Also, even with a UPS Hat or other battery backup solutions, how do you deal with the fan not draining it immediately since it's sharing power with the CM5?
