Troubleshooting • Re: Zero 2W reboots when plugging or unplugging micro USB OTG cable

Am I the only one with Zero 2W rebooting when OTG cable is being plugged?
When the USB cable is plugged in before boot, it's fine. It's only plugging while it's up, will cause reboot.
I can't repro this. I have a 02W with an OTG Hub connected to it, a keyboard via KVM plugged into the OTG Hub.

Unplug the OTG, 02W keeps going. Re-plug the OTG, ditto. Still humming along, as much as a 02W can hum

Have you looked at dmesg and the systemd journal for any hints? Since it's rebooting you'll need to use raspi-config to set the journal to be persistent, then reboot, then try the test again.
