OP's printer doesn't support IPP. Also, it's a long shot, since printer-driver-cups-pdf (as it's called by Raspberry Pi OS) creates a virtual printer that outputs PDF, not an intermediary in the CUPS filter chain.As drivers are deprecated in CUPS in favor of IPP Everywhere you may need to install cups-pdf to get printing to work.
