Well, in theory yes. Pi4 does not have pcie but Bluetooth on M.2 cards is working over usb, not pcie. You need M.2 adapter that takes power and usb. There are some M.2 type M nvme to type A/E wifi adapters that have usb connector for the bluetooth part of the card. However the card probably also needs 3.3V power from M.2 slot to work.
The question is whether the bluetooth works without the wifi part. I know that wifi definitely works without bluetooth when usb is not connected to such adapter.
I think it would be much simpler to get some bluetooth 5.3 or 5.4 usb dongle and try same software procedure and see whether le audio works with it or not. It may not, as lot of stuff in bluetooth 5.x is optional, but you may be lucky.
