My Pi500 is stuck since this WE : off, led saying it receives power but button to turn on not working.
I bought it in Sept 25, never flashed the card (it’s my main computer).
No idea on which OS version I was using but the factory one.
Was working last time last Wednesday on scratch v3 projects.
Please help!

2. Power supply - is it the official,
3. What OS have you tried to load? Preloaded one in factory
4. What are you booting from? SD card
5. What do you get if you just plug it in, with no SDCard, no USB stick, nothing to boot from? Nothing
6. Does any component get excessively hot? Not observed
7. Has it ever worked? Yes
