Raspberry Pi OS • Where to add some commands instead of in /etc/rc.local?

I'm following an older build guide that has a couple of commands being added to /etc/rc.local, but I see that is no longer a file/ being used on Trixie. Can someone walk me through where to do this instead? The lines I need to add are as follows, to reconfigure GPIO pins to get an attached LCD screen to turn on at boot:

raspi-gpio set 18 op dl
raspi-gpio set 19 op a5
